Transdev in North Acton...?

Now we all know that Transdev London United have a Garage in North Acton that was formerly the base of Metroline's Atlas Road Garage and later on NSL Services Park Royal Garage, however when on the Train home from Oxford Circus four weeks ago, I noticed these Transdev branded London United Buses at a yard owned by Boden House in North Acton.

As curious as I am I decided that I was to make a date to get some access to the yard and take some pictures that could clear up speculation as to why they were there. Whilst on site I was speaking to an employee of the company who explained to me that London United had rented the yard just before the Christmas season to store their DPs and VAs going off lease. It is known that London United's older VAs and DPs are due to go off lease so I would trust this source.
