Not really a new route, more of an extension to an existing route.
Route E9 to be withdrawn (As it doesn't really have a strong link or purpose) and replaced by E11 being extended over the E9 from Greenford Broadway to Yeading, Barnhill Estate. As unusually the E11 actually has two spare buses than one (Whose E200s are very reliable) and one bus always on stand, raise PVR to 6 and the 20-25 minute stand time at Greenford Broadway could be used to run to Barnhill Estate.

Extend the 340 to Mill Hill Broadway, via the 221 from Edgware Station as well as providing a night service on the route as currently, if you wanted to get from Harrow to Edgware at night time, you have to take an N18 to Wembley Central, wait for an 83 and take that to Hendon Magistrates Court then wait for an N16 Journey. A potential 2 hour journey for an otherwise 20 minute trip.

i think the idea of R12 is a good idea but i think it chould go to St Mary Cray High Street to turn around. And all 'R' buses in orpington are 'Roundabout buses and must go around Orpington War Memorial Roundabout. and i also think the R12 should go to Bromley Common then go down Magpie Hall Lane for hail and ride and then end at Bromley Common the crown

I would alter some routes in the Kingston area:
Route 85 would be extended from Putney Bridge to Hammersmith creating a needed link with Hammersmith and Kingston.
The K3 would be re-routed via Tolworth and then run a Hail & Ride service in Robin Hood Estate where it would continue to Roehampton.
The 969 would become a Monday-Saturday route numbered the "460", but would be curtailed from Roehampton to Barnes Lenox Estate.
A Sunday service would be added to the K5.

Overcrowding on buses due to local schools around Richmond is an issue, so I would create a few new school routes.
The 637 would supplement the H37, running on school days. The service would run:
Hounslow Bus Station
Isleworth Fire Station
Chertsey Road
(Here it would divert from the H37 along Crown Road to Orleans Park School where it would terminate)
This service would use the seem assignments as the H37
I would also create the 611, which would supplement the 110.
