Amid all the riots and other things going on today I managed to visit Abellio's Twickenham Garage in West London.
The Garage holds 71 vehicles which is excellent considering the size of Garage. The Garage remained under lease of Travel London operations until the company was taken over by NedRailways (Abellio) in 2009. Abellio from this site run multiple West London Routes from this locations and these are routes;
235, 481, 490, 941, 969, H20, H25, H26, R68 and R70. The Garage is home to a healthy fleet of Enviro 200s for the R68 and R70, Dennis Ceatano Nimbus' for the 235 as well as some Trident ALX400s for Surrey operations, Dennis Pointer Darts for the Route 235,481,490,H20,H25 and H26 and the sole East Lancs Spryte Dennis Dart for Abellio's Surrey operations. I must give a shout out to all the welcoming Abellio London staff who were kind enough to allow me on the Garage premises.

Erm... Not quite right. The garage that you visited is the former London Transport Fulwell Garage, which is well over 100 years old. The London United half of this garage is coded FW and does not operate the 33, 419 or 493. Routes operated from FW are the 65, 71, 131, 216, 267, 281, 290, 371, 671, 681 and 691. Tellings-Golden Miller (Travel London's predecessors) moved into the eastern half of the garage [TF] in 1999 or 2000.
London United's Twickenham Garage [NC] is on a completely different site, close to Twickenham Stadium. NC is the garage that NCP Challenger opened in 2005, and which operates the 33, 419 and 493.

@Rhys - I don't understand your attitude. I wasn't having a go at Jamaal at all. He made a couple of mistakes in the original text, I pointed them out, and he corrected them. End of story. If, like me, you want to support Jamaal in running this blog, then surely pointing out any errors is a more constructive way of helping than telling people to "shut up".
