It's our 100th post today! Today we visited Arriva's Barking Garage in East London. The garage was the first of a series of East London Garages we will be doing on the blog. I must send out a special thanks to all the engineers and managers on site who granted me permission to go ahead and take photos.
The garage was opened in 1992, when Arriva made the decision to expand their operations into East London, under the name of Dix Coaches, services from the garage commenced that year. The garage today is home to Routes
128, 135, 150, 173, 275, 325, 462, school route 651 and 667. The garage is also one of a few Arriva Garages in London to operate multiple chassis in one forecourt. These being Volvo, Dennis, Trident and DAF. I wont say much for this visit, more pictures are placed below.

Just to point out, the depot doesn't operate Volvo, Dennis, Trident and DAF. It operates Volvo, Dennis and DAF. The Trident is a chassis built buy Dennis.
