Another visit to Watford Gap by our good friend Steve Buckley presented us with this, one of 20 new Abellio E400s for the Route C2 which commences on the 28th of April 2012 from their Queenstown Battersea Garage (QB).

Abellio London Enviro E40D 9525 SN12 AAX is seen accelerating down the M1 en route Queenstown Battersea Garage, having just departed from Watford Gap Services in Northampton. This is one of 20 Enviro E40D Buses with bonnet numbers ranging from 9524 - 9543. These are due to take on duties on the flagship Route C2 on 28th of April 2012. |

I see they have the gold/yellow advert holders for high-profile central London services, which the C2 is! (and so is the 211 and 414, when these buses stray onto them :D )

Abellio has got big problem at the moment.They are short of drivers.Nobody want to work for them.
