Noticed GAL are still giving their buses the skirt even now!

The reason being is because these buses (PVL's and WVL's) Have been in a Que of buses to be refurbished from April. They were last in the que. This is why they are getting the skirt. But when E16-E99 get refurbed the will come in All Red

It's because the PVLs were retained for the contract starting before October (which is when the rule came into effect).
